I can’t remember the last time I made pesto … mostly because hauling out the HUGE food processor was always such a chore! With my new Hamilton Beach mini it took all of ten minutes, that included giving a basic wash and chop to the basil, toasting the pine nuts, and getting the parmesan and Olive oil ready to add in after the first 30 seconds or so of pulsing. I think I pulsed it a total of about three minutes before it was perfect … and then after cooking up some spinach fettuccine and slicing several yellow grape tomatoes, I was ready for the perfect lunch! As for clean-up … SOOOO easy! None of those crazy nooks and crannies of the huge bowls and weighty top with the gasket seals (and places for of bits of veggies to live no matter how much you scrub it) — nor did I feel as if I was going to slice my hand open with the blade. Sure, there’s always a place for my big old faithful (bread dough for one!), but for the little stuff, say a pesto, or a yummy kale and blueberry smoothie, this little guy is the BEST!

For the price, I didn’t have much expectations, but the chopper works very well. I chopped celery and onion to mix with my tuna salad and it worked great. I usually don’t make big portions, so the small size works good for me.
Compared with the expensive one I had before (the broken plastic bowl and all), I can say I’m satisfied. Hope it doesn’t break sooner. For the price I paid, I wouldn’t feel too bad even if it did.

My mom came from Uk to visit me in the States she actually loved it , I just ordered one on Amazon Uk for her , it works well and quick , I even love how I can clean it easily, I just place what I need chopped and push down , anyone can do it , even old people

I needed a small chopper for the countertop, mostly for quick items such as onions, garlic, etc., and I don’t have much space. It doesn’t hold much at a time (I do 1/2 an onion at a time), but it’s powerful. What I like most about this is that I don’t need two hands to run it, or have to hold some button on the side while choosing speeds. With this, I just press down on the top for as long or as little as I need. It’s perfect, I love it.

I really liked this product, is super easy to use. My only complaint is that it needs a handle on the front so we can grab it securely. When you wash the mini food processor, it becomes slippery and difficult to handle.This could be easily avoided by putting a handle up front
